For the last 32 years we have produced, in small quantities, hybrids and species orchids of the lesser grown and lesser known Genera. We have sold them at shows and by mail.

Our interests are primarily in miniature orchid species and hybrids and any other small and compact orchid which can be showy in flower. Although we do have some large growing plants from reproducing New Guinea species. Recently we have begun to emphasize producing species from seed to help make rare species available since they are so difficult to import now.

Our collection contains plants from over 60 Genera housed in a small growing area. Our firm consists of only Margie and Don and managing this collection keeps us very busy. It is not possible for us to bring large blocks of orchids up to flowering size. This takes too much space, so we offer many of our plants as seedlings.

<<<-   Cadetia chionantha --- tightly clustered little pseudobulbs and leaves totaling 1 1/2" high. It bears fragrant pure white flowers about 3/8" overall. NEW GUINEA DENDROBIUMS

Den. eximium (latourea section) grows about 12" tall, 5-6 large white flowers with reddish purple veining on side lobes of the lip. Petals are twisted about half a turn. Long lasting flowers, spring blooming. $18.00

Den. forbesii (latourea section) grows to 16" overall, 7 to 10 large white flowers, sometimes with some purple on lip side lobes. Long lasting flowers. Seedling $12.00

Den. lawesii (caliptrochilus section) pendent canes to 12" long, pink, red, orange-red flowers. Blooming size $15.00

Den. obtusipetalum (large bright orange flowers with yellow tips. Blooming size $15.00 each

Den. miyakei (pedilonium section) strong canes grow to 20-24" blooms more than once a year with multiple clusters of flowers all along the canes. The 3/4" flowers are medium purple with reddish stripes on sepals and petals. Mature $18.00

<<<- Den. mohlianum (calytrochilus section) matures at 20 to 26" tomato red flowers form in clusters of 4 to 6 along the sides of the canes. Mature $18.00

$20.00 Brasdm. Nittany Gold (Brassia verrucosa X Mexicoa ghiesbrechtiana) Sprays of 10 to 12 flowers on about a 12" stem. Flowers are bright yellow with dark maroon splotches on sepals and petals, lip brght yellow, peppered with small maroon dots along the center line.

$15.00 Cadetia taylori-- Tightly clustered cylindrical pseudobulbs about 1/8" diameter by 3" long, overall height is 5" Small white flowers are generously peppered over the top of the plant. It has flowers any time of the year.
